Refund Policy

New customers can start a server for $1 for the first week. This introductory week is your trial: it lets you deploy, configure and test a real server on our infrastructure before committing to a full monthly plan. The $1 trial fee covers your first seven days of service and is non-refundable, as the service is delivered immediately.

If you do nothing, your service converts to the standard monthly plan at the end of the trial week and your first monthly charge applies. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your dashboard to avoid the monthly charge.

We back your first monthly charge with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 calendar days of that first monthly payment, you may request a full refund of that charge and we will cancel the service.

This guarantee:

• applies once per customer, to the first monthly charge only;
• does not apply to renewals after the first month;
• may be withheld where we reasonably believe it is being abused (for example, repeated sign-ups to obtain successive refunds) or where the account has breached our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with:

• your account email and the service or server ID;
• the charge you would like refunded (date and amount);
• a brief note on why, so we can improve.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

The following are not eligible for refund:

• the $1 first-week trial fee;
• domain-name registrations, renewals and transfers (these are purchased from third parties on your behalf and cannot be reversed);
• partial or unused portions of a monthly term after the 7-day guarantee window has passed — we do not pro-rate refunds for cancellations made mid-term;
• any add-ons, one-off setup fees, or third-party licences already delivered;
• services terminated by us for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of a charge already taken, except under the money-back guarantee in section 2. When you cancel, your service remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless you ask us to terminate it sooner.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of the affected services pending resolution.
