Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and KingsNode (“KingsNode”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Service Level Agreement, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including that of any users you invite or grant access to.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

We provide managed game-server hosting and a control panel. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes to a service you actively use.

• Prices are shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added where required.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. Your first week is the $1 trial and, unless cancelled, converts to a monthly plan — see our Refund Policy.
• If your payment method changes, keep it up to date in your dashboard to avoid interruption.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless you request earlier termination. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

• Non-payment: if a charge fails, we may attempt to collect again and, if payment is not received, suspend the affected service. Services suspended for non-payment may be terminated and their data deleted after a reasonable grace period (for example, 7 days), so please keep backups.
• Breach: we may suspend or terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.
• On termination, your right to use the services ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.

You retain ownership of the content, worlds, and data you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and operate the service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; while we may provide automated backups, we do not guarantee them as a substitute for your own.

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our SLA, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free beyond the commitments in our SLA.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KingsNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold KingsNode harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified to active customers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
